DID YOU HEAR THE SCOOP?Scooped Ice Cream Festival returns July 19th and July 20th, 2025 at Esther Short Park. The festival offers all-you-can-eat ice cream from over 50 local and national ice cream brands, food vendors with a variety of options, live music, and other fun! Tickets are available at different price tiers–prices go up as the event gets closer. A speed scooper pass is available that allows guests to skip the line. Children who are being carried or are 5 years old and younger enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
