Media Pass & Influencer Access at Scooped Ice Cream Festival

To apply for a press, influencer, or photo media pass for this ice cream festival, please review the guidelines and complete the application form. Submission does not guarantee approval, and each team member must apply individually to attend the event.

Scooped Ice Cream Festival’s publicity team will be reviewing applications and verifying assignments on an ongoing basis. In order to be considered for a media pass, you must be on assignment with coverage secured. Each application/assignment will be verified with your outlet’s editor/producer prior to approval.

PRESS passes will provide entry into the festival, while PHOTO passes will provide entry into the festival with designated photo areas for capturing the best moments. INFLUENCER passes will provide into the festival and influencers MUST directly share reels and posts created onsite. Only professional photographers on assignment with appropriate camera equipment will be considered for credentials and may be required to sign a release form prior to approval.

Note on VIDEO and DRONES: In consideration of the festival’s policies, video recording and/or the use of drones are not permitted without advance approval from Scooped Ice Cream Festival’s Media Director. Please list any specific video or drone requests within the application for consideration, and you will be contacted for more information.
