DID YOU HEAR THE SCOOP?Scooped Ice Cream Festival returns August 31st and September 1st at the Wingspan Event & Conference Center. The festival offers all-you-can-eat ice cream from over 50 local and national ice cream brands, food vendors with a variety of options, live music, and other fun! Tickets are available at different price tiers–prices go up as the event gets closer. A speed scooper pass is available that allows guests to skip the line. Children who are being carried or are 5 years old and younger enter for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
